YOUR DATA
Delete my data
The website and The Library apps have no accounts, so there is no account to delete. The only information we keep about your use is analytics, and only if you accepted them. Those records carry a random number stored on your phone, not your name.
The button below turns analytics off on this phone or browser and deletes every record sent with its random number, straight away.
What gets deleted
- Straight away: every analytics record sent from this phone or browser (pages opened, items played, saved or shared, times and a broad country).
- On your phone: removing the app, or clearing this site’s data in your browser, deletes your settings, the random number and any films or books you kept.
- Kept: nothing that can be linked to you. Daily counts of printed QR code scans hold no identifier at all, and short-lived abuse counters expire within a day.
If you turned analytics off earlier, this phone no longer holds the random number, so no record can be matched to you. Those records are deleted automatically within 90 days.
